We ask for a 50% deposit to secure room booking and the balance payment is asked for in cash on check out.

Check in is between 5pm and 7pm unless you have arranged an alternative time when booking. This is important to note as we may be out at other times. If an earlier time is requested we give an hour’s ‘window’ of time for guests to arrive otherwise we revert back to the 5pm to 7pm check in.

Check out is by 10.30am on day of departure.

We do not accept dogs.

Max & Caroline’s is a non smoking house.
